The Accommodation Services Administration office, based in Willow Court, will be closed from 17:00 (GMT) on Tuesday 23 December 2025 and will reopen at 09:00 (GMT) on Monday 5 January 2025.

From 19:00 (GMT) on Tuesday 23 December 2025 to 07:00 (GMT) on Monday 5 January 2026, Accommodation Operations Assistants (AOA) will be based in the following buildings 24/7:
