Dario Rodriguez

Dario studied the MSc Data Science for Business. He now works for Heineken as a Data and Revenue Manager Analyst. He tells us how studying his at Stirling helped him to achieve his career goals in data science.

I currently work at Heineken in Technical Services, taking care of our assets and revenue operations. It's an amazing company to work for. I manage a team of six people. There are components of mentoring, training and planning. I also deal with customers and clients on a daily basis.

My role is very technical. We use different tools such as Python, Data Engineering and Simulation that I learnt at Stirling. There's quite a bit of work to do, but there's also a lot of balance. We try to make everything about celebrating moments and enjoying time with other people.

At Stirling I gained the technical knowledge that I needed to progress my career in data science. There's quite a bit of room in the AI world to keep learning. It's a fascinating world - it's amazing actually!
