Studying the MSc Finance and Data Analytics at the University of Stirling was a thoroughly enjoyable and rewarding experience.

The course offers an excellent balance of finance theory and data-driven techniques, using programming languages such as Python and R. There are many opportunities to develop your programming skills across a range of projects, and the support from the university and the expertise of the lecturers were invaluable throughout.

Beyond giving me the skills and knowledge I needed to pursue a career as a software developer in financial services, I made lifelong friends from all over the world. The diversity of cultures and perspectives enriched both my professional and personal growth.
