Yongjie Si

Yongjie gained a Masters in Education at Stirling. It enabled him to secure his position as an Educator at New Oriental Institution in Shanghai. His responsibilities include planning lessons, teaching, and helping students feel more confident with their studies.

I have always been motivated to make a meaningful impact in education. The University of Stirling gave me the knowledge and tools to begin that journey.

Stirling provided me with a wonderful environment and valuable support throughout my studies. During my free time I trained with the Triathlon Club which allowed me to socialise with like-minded people.

My studies at Stirling perfectly aligned with my passion for international education. I was taught so many useful skills including emerging trends for shaping the future of education.

The University Careers Service provided me with invaluable guidance, helping me refine my CV and feel prepared for job interviews after graduation.

I really recommend the University of Stirling, it’s a place that inspires growth. My advice? Take action, explore the university, work hard and stay out of your comfort zone.
