Scots Public Law

Public Law Research at Stirling plays a key role in shaping the law at both domestic and international level. Colleagues are involved in the National Research Centre on Privacy, Harm Reduction and Adversarial Influence Online (REPHRAIN) and research projects.

Our research includes Automatic Online Convictions, Policing Privacy, Policing of Money Laundering, Criminal Responsibility in Digital Space, Human Trafficking, Policing and Civil Liability for Criminal wrongs, and cross-over between Delict and Criminal Law.
