Experience the healing powers of nature through the practice of forest bathing (also known as Shinrin-Yoku) on the beautiful University of Stirling campus.

We'll meet on the University of Stirling campus and take a gentle walk to the historic woods of the Airthrey Estate.

Accessibility: There will be a short walk on uneven terrain involved in this activity, however the route can be amended to suit access needs. If you'd like to join us, but are worried about the accessibility of the route, please give Emma an email (Emma.McCombie@stir.ac.uk) and we can chat.

What to Bring: Please ensure you dress appropriately for the weather (jacket, good shoes etc.)
