As part of the university's BeConnected programme (free community building activities for students and staff), we've lined up a great range of free creative workshops that you can come along and try this semester.
All of the workshops are delivered by incredible local businesses and designed to help you enjoy your time on campus, take a breather from studies/work, meet new people, and learn a new trick or two! The schedule for workshops is as below:
- Thursday 15 May: Aromatherapy Hand Crafts with Herbal Homestead and Create Club, (13:00 to 15:00, Campus Central Room 3.04)
Passed
Wednesday 29 January: 'Lovebird' Canvas Painting with Blaeberry River Art, (17:30 to 20:00, Atrium Triangle)

Booking for each workshop will open around one month before the event date. We will send out a further email nearer the time to confirm final details and please do bring along your ticket on the day.
Due to a high number of 'no shows' at these events, we will now be running all of our events on a first come first serve basis to help combat this. This means that if you are unable to book a ticket, please do just come along on the day and we will be able to accommodate if you are one of the first.
These events are designed to help you enjoy your time on campus, take a breather from studies/work, and meet new people. Sound up your street? Simply book your preferred date(s) via the link.
