Join us for a nourishing afternoon of creativity, connection, and coorie-ing in as we move through the turning of the seasons.

In this workshop, you’ll learn the simple art of needle felting while drawing inspiration from the Scottish landscape - its rolling hills, wild skies, lochs, and shifting colours. Delivered by Lauren from Herbal Homestead and Jodie from Create Club, you can expect:

Needle Felting: Learn beginner-friendly techniques to design and create your own Scottish-inspired landscape using soft merino wool in a palette of seasonal colours.
Seasonal Connection: Reflect on the transition from autumn to winter, finding inspiration in the changing colours, textures, and moods of the land.
Nature-Inspired Activities: Experience a meditative tea ritual with foraged pine needles, explore natural objects and photographic inspiration from the landscape.
Creative Atmosphere: A supportive, friendly space to slow down, coorie in, and make something meaningful with your hands.

All materials will be provided and no experience is needed! We have limited spaces for this event so a note that, regardless of bookings, we will be running this on a 'first there on the day, first guaranteed a space basis' so please do pop down early to ensure you get a spot.

This event is running as part of the university’s BeConnected Programme, designed to help you enjoy your time on campus, take a breather from studies/work, and meet new people. Sound up your street? Simply book your space below.
