Developing an Impact Framework for SSAFA’s Casework service

This project is a partnership with SSAFA, the Armed Forces Charity, to develop and pilot a framework for measuring the impact of their casework service for beneficiaries, which is run in collaboration with 120+ other charities from across the Armed Forces Charity sector. Casework provides welfare and wellbeing support for thousands of members of the Armed Forces community each year, with welfare support facilitating access to financial assistance and with wellbeing support including emotional support. The project aims to support the development of a robust outcome measurement framework, to enable SSAFA to evidence the impacts of this service.
The project is funded by the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust.
