Abstract
This workshop marks the expansion of the partnership between Leuphana University Lüneburg and the University of Stirling by creating a collaborative space for interdisciplinary research on social justice, intercultural communication, and sustainability. Grounded in the shared belief that social justice underpins meaningful sustainability and that equitable intercultural communication enacts this justice, the workshop connects these themes to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 4.7 and SDG 17. Through lightning talks and an interactive World Café session, participants will explore diverse perspectives, develop context-sensitive research questions, and co-create strategies for public engagement and international collaboration.
