Situated in the Macrobert Arts Centre our backstage bar and bistro offers a wide range of hot and cold items for lunch and dinner. Relax with a barista coffee, hot grab and go options and a choice of sweet treats throughout the day.

Backstage has a full menu of delicious wraps, bowl food and traditional favourites available for live shows and events.

Boardwalk is our mobile coffee venue, perfectly positioned to enjoy the beauty of our campus and the stunning lochside surroundings. Serving barista-crafted coffee, hot drinks, freshly baked pastries, scones, sandwiches and soft drinks, it's the ideal stop whether you're exploring the campus' scenic walking trails, moving between classes and meetings, or enjoying a lunchtime break.

With convenient grab-and-go options, Boardwalk helps keep you refreshed wherever your day takes you.

Hal's Kitchen in Haldane’s offers a vibrant selection of street food concepts, including Caribbean Corner, Chicken Kitchen and Spud Republic.

Umami brings the vibrant flavours of Asia to campus, offering a tempting selection of ramen, rice bowls, poke bowls, and tasty sides. Choose from five ramen varieties, including favourites such as Crispy Chilli Beef, Char sui pork and Vegetable Dumpling with Miso Broth.

For a hearty meal, explore our range of rice bowls or enjoy one of our fresh poke bowls, all packed with flavour and made to order.
